Would you like to experience what the Colonial City has to offer and have more of a feeling of living in the "Zone"? Do you want to have all the creature comforts you are accustomed to having yet want to be part of the city? Then our Colonial Zone Character Apartments will make you feel right at home whether you are here for work or play or a little bit of both. You can be comfortable while you discover all Santo Domingo, Zona Colonial and our little Caribbean Island have to offer.

Our small intimate hotel is located in the heart of the Colonial Zone. From this central location you are only blocks away from amazing historical sites, lots and lots of shopping, restaurants, clubs, transportation and the heart and life of Santo Domingo!

Currently we are offering our 1 bedroom suite for US $30 per night, minimum stay of 3 nights. This is a limited time introductory offer, so book now! This suite is suitable for 2 adults. There is a bedroom with large, comfortable queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with plenty of hot water for showering. There is a living room with a couch that converts to a bed. There is a large television with international cable, air conditioning and wifi. You also have access to a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and keep your beverages cold and a second shared large living room. There is a secure entry area for your safety.

Soon we will offer a second unit with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with all other above amenities except the separate living room and pull out sofa for US $25 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
