Come and enjoy sitting outside along Calle el Conde and people watching. Sit inside at the bar under the diamond-like crystal chandeliers that glimmer in the sunlight while listening to the lounge music. Wander out to the patio shaded in lush palm trees where the ambiance is very relaxing, comfortable and a little romantic. Hang in the cool air-conditioned café. Have a cold beverage, wine, or cocktail. Enjoy the magnificent atmosphere while dining on exquisite and unique Gourmet dishes. And, if things could not get any better, the prices are very reasonable and are sure to be within your budget.

In the evening, after 10PM, the atmosphere of Diam´s changes dramatically. The DJ, sitting above the bar in his lofty perch, starts playing house music. The colors and ambiance of the bar change, literally. The fluorescent lights come on and the bar changes colors. Yes, that's correct, the lights in the bar and along the walls change colors every 5 minutes. This gives the bar a different look with each magical color - green, blue, orange, red, purple, and a wide spectrum of hues in between. You must see it to believe. The look and feel of the lounge changes with each iridescent color, magically, right before your eyes. All the while the sparkling crystal chandeliers hanging from above glow differently with each color change.

Come and dine with us. We prepare a variety of gourmet foods at very reasonable prices. We offer Sushi, Temaki, Sandwiches, Salads, Pinchos (Shish kabobs) and deserts. There are some unique Chef Specials that are a must try including the Lobster dishes. The exquisite gourmet foods are prepared to perfection. The lovely presentation of these fine dishes will make you feel like you are looking at a picture instead of edible gourmet dishes. All this, along with the attentive staff, will make your dining experience satisfying and memorable.
