The entry to our charming and home-like hostel is located on Calle Hostos, one of the oldest streets in the New World. This is one of the most beautiful and unique streets in this the city of firsts, Colonial Zone. Calle Hostos is one of the most photographed streets in the area. Walking up the unique stairs with the exquisite iron railing you will feel the Old World charm. Ring the buzzer at our secure front door and we will open the door with a smile. Making you, our guest and friend, feel instantly at home. Make sure to stop and check out our fish tank at the door.
Our lobby is a cozy room where you can feel free to sit and hang out any time. The small balcony off the lobby is a fun place to do some street observing. Watch the people passing by. See the local vendors selling their wares from small carts wandering up and down these historical streets.
We have a relaxing roof top terrace. From this third floor advantage you can gaze out on Colonial Zone. Looking down onto Calle Hostos one can get a very different view of the area from above. There is also space on the terrace for small groups for meetings or a party. Just ask us and we will work with you to make it happen.
Sit on the terrace in the morning with your fresh, hot coffee or tea while enjoying the free continental breakfast of fresh local fruits and juices. During the day why not catch a few rays or just hang out in the shade with some friends. After a long day walking the old streets of Zone Colonial, viewing all the historical monuments, come to the roof top and enjoy the refreshing Caribbean breezes while unwinding. We have a small bar for your drinking pleasure serving tropical juices, soda, some of the local rum or the Presidente beer we are famous for. Also, at the bar, is a television with cable channels or music available.
