Mercado de las Pulgas-Flea Market
A huge flea market opens early on Sunday. Don't arrive to late or you will miss the good deals. People sell just about everything. One can get some very good prices on clothing, shoes, electronics and almost anything you might need. It is something to experience. Many food vendors also so this way you can shop , eat, and enjoy the Dominican flavor. That always makes for a good day.

This Flea Market happens every Sunday
German Market
The first Saturday/ Sabado of every month there is a German market held at the Dominican-German Centre
They sell a wide variety of German products including food and crafts. There are also cultural displays. 11AM to 3PM
Directions: Isabel la Católica #212, Colonial Zone, the first Saturday of every month
Kneutt Plaza in Nizao, De Bani. It consists of office space rental and a state of the art internet café/bar restaurant soon to be finished. The bottom floor is a financial institution for currency exchange and among other services.

So you want to go shopping? We have some great shopping centers and malls in Dominican Republic. There are also Flea Markets, Outdoor Markets and little shops in different nooks and crannies throughout the country.
