The renovated rooms have A/C and are very spacious with 12 ft ceilings and high windows. There is an awesome rooftop terrace that overlooks a quiet park, Parque Pellerano Castro, known locally as Parque Rosado, with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. There is also a roof to Jacuzzi for relaxing after a busy day of visiting the historical monuments, all within walking distance.

The hotel is reasonably priced and breakfast is included. French owned and operated and all the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful and speak many different languages.

Your experience starts off with a light snack and a guided 30-minute ride on horseback through the epic landscapes of Los Haitises National Park. You’ll also have the chance to explore on foot, as you venture into the depths of the forest on a 40-minute trek to the mouth of Fun Fun Cave.
