Babylon has a translation box for your web site free and links in Spanish also. I haven't made any money using this program but the little translation box is nice to have for your site visitors.
Link share has many different affiliate programs you can sign up for to make some money of your site. They give you the links and banners and keep track of the clicks, page loads and moneys you make. They also pay fast. You do not have to wait to collect your pay.
